Mizan Therapy and Womb Massage / MER Bodywork / Deep Tissue Fascial Release / Restorative and Preventive Womb Care / Hormonal Balance Support / Menstrual Pain and Cycle Imbalances / Fertility Support / Pregnancy Massage / Postpartum Massage and Care / Closing of the Bones Ceremony for Life Transitions and Integration / Trauma-Informed Support and Emotional Release

I support women through every stage of life, from their first menstruation to menopause and beyond. Whether you are seeking support for your menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, emotional wellbeing, or simply a deeper connection with your body, my work is responsive to your unique needs.

I work with women from ages 15+. For teenagers I offer shorter sessions.

This work is far more than just a massage. It is a holistic approach to women’s health and well-being, designed to support lasting transformation in body, mind, emotions and spirit. Through specialised hands-on bodywork and manual therapy, I help you access deeper layers of awareness and healing. True and lasting change often unfolds through a series of sessions, allowing the body to release, restore, and reconnect with it’s innate capacity for healing.

Bodywork Session

A holistic bodywork session supporting physical, emotional, and nervous system wellbeing. Suitable both as a standalone session and as ongoing support following a Women's Health & Womb Care consultation. Session unfolds as you arrive. I don’t have fixed protocols or approaches but I aim to listen your body, be present and offer you what nourishes and supports your body most in this moment.

Closing of the Bones ceremony

A traditional postpartum and transitional ceremony that honours the profound changes we experience throughout life. While often offered after birth, Closing of the Bones can also support any significant life transition, including miscarriage, abortion, the end of breastfeeding, divorce, grief, menopause, illness, or any chapter that is ready to be acknowledged, integrated, and lovingly brought to a close. Each ceremony is unique and created in response to your intentions and needs. Sessions may include bodywork, womb care, steaming, ritual, and will of course include the traditional sacred wrapping of the body. This ceremony is most special when you can come with a friend, your mother, sister or someone important to you because this wrapping is traditionally done in community. If not, I have trusted women in my community who can offer support for the wrapping.

what does a session look like?

Although every session is different, the overall structure usually looks like this:

  • We begin with a conversation. Together, we’ll go through your intake form and talk about how you’ve been, where you are in your life and menstrual cycle, and what has brought you to me.
  • Next, I do a body reading. I observe your posture, movement patterns, and areas of tension. This helps me understand what your body needs most at this moment and where to focus our work.
  • Hands-on bodywork. I draw from a range of techniques, including MER bodywork, Mizan therapy, somatic and nervous system regulation practices. Every session is guided by what your body needs in the present moment, drawing on both my clinical understanding and intuitive perception.
  • We finish with integration. Before the session ends, we take time to slowly return. If you wish, we can reflect on your experience together, and I’ll offer personalised recommendations to support your body over the following days.

This is a collaborative process. You are always welcome to ask questions, pause, express your boundaries, or let me know if something doesn’t feel right. Your sense of safety and your consent are at the heart of every session.

the heart of my practice

women’s health deserves a different approach.

Women’s health is mostly overlooked in modern medicine. When we feel that something is out of the ordinary and ask for help we are often offered only three solutions: painkillers, hormonal birth control or a sentence “it is just in your head”. Many women spend years going from one doctor or a practitioner to another, having to explain everything all over again and (maybe!) after years of searching find someone who cares and has the tools to help. Neglect of women’s health is not normal and not okay. I believe that a different path is possible and necessary. We have to reclaim agency over our own health and well-being by taking our physical bodies into account. Bodywork is one way of reclaiming that relationship—creating space to listen, understand, and support the body instead of simply managing its symptoms.

our physical state is a reflection of our lived experience.

Our bodies keep record of everything we have ever gone through, be it a positive or a negative experience. There is no separation between body, mind and emotions. Our (early) experiences influence our health in many ways, for example there is a strong correlation between anxiety and gastric issues, for example ulcers and IBS. This understanding is increasingly supported by research in neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology, and trauma studies. Mind-body connection is becoming more and more apparent which actually gives hope for healing. We can’t only talk, strategise or medicate our way out of imbalances, but we have to find a common ground and approach the body as a whole.

Bodywork is a bottom-up modality. Rather than beginning with thoughts, bodywork begins with sensation. By working through the body, we can influence our symptoms, nervous system, emotions, breathing patterns, and even the stories we tell ourselves.

My work is rooted in the belief that the body holds an innate intelligence and capacity for healing. When we meet, I honour the presence of two intelligent systems in the room. I do not believe that I know better than your body about what it needs, nor do I presume to know what is best for you. My role is to listen, facilitate, and support your body’s innate capacity for healing and self-regulation.

my journey

I have spent the past ten years working with people in a variety of roles. For the last five years, my focus has been on trauma-informed practice, somatics, and approaches that deepen body awareness. Since 2024, I have been training in bodywork, alongside my additional training as a Mizan practitioner.

My training includes:

  • MER Pelvis & Grounding (2024)
  • MER Original Face (2025)
  • Mizan Practitioner Training (2025)
  • MER Opening to Breath (2025)
  • Mizan Wombspace Facilitator Training (2025)
  • MER Fluid Body (2026)
  • Mizan Pregnancy & Postnatal Training (2026)

I am committed to continually deepening and refining my practice through ongoing education. Alongside my bodywork training, I am currently studying visceral osteopathy, with a focus on the assessment and gentle manual treatment of the abdominal organs and their surrounding tissues.

i am the first mizan therapist in estonia and baltic region and at the moment also the only one.

frequently asked questions

Please read through this part carefully before booking a session. If there's anything else you'd like to know, you're always welcome to ask during your discovery call.

Many people are encountering the term bodywork for the first time. Bodywork is an umbrella term that encompasses a wide range of hands-on therapeutic approaches that work with the body. While it may resemble massage at first glance, it differs significantly in both its intention and approach.

The purpose of bodywork is not simply to relax the body and mind. Depending on the modality, it may involve working with the fascia, joint mobility, nervous system, breath, and even the mobility of the internal organs. The touch is slower, more intentional, and deeply responsive to the individual body compared to traditional massage.

Bodywork views the body as an interconnected whole. For example, shoulder pain may not originate in the shoulder itself, but instead be related to the ribcage, pelvis, breathing patterns, or the way the entire body moves, compensates, and holds tension.

Alongside supporting physiological change, bodywork also creates space for emotions to arise if they need to. The body and mind are inseparable—“the issue is in the tissues.” During a session, people often reconnect with memories, emotions, forgotten experiences, or long-held patterns. We don’t search for them or force anything to happen, but if they naturally emerge, they are met with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Sometimes this may be expressed through tears, anger, laughter, or a profound sense of peace. Every experience is welcome, valid and gently held.

Ultimately, bodywork is an invitation to meet yourself exactly as you are and where you are in the present moment.

  • Please arrive for your session with clean, fragrance-free skin, free from oils, lotions, moisturisers, or other skincare products.
  • You may choose to be fully undressed or wear comfortable underwear (that you don’t mind getting a little oil on), along with a loose-fitting top or a non-underwired bra.
  • Please remove any navel piercings before your session and leave them out for the duration of the treatment.
  • Please avoid alcohol, nicotine (including vaping), stimulants, and psychedelic substances before your session. This work is most effective when you are fully present and connected to your body.
  • Avoid using cortisone creams, medicated creams, or hormonal creams for 48 hours before your session.
  • During the course of our work together, I recommend avoiding other forms of manipulative bodywork (with the exception of craniosacral therapy and osteopathy)

Our work together is supported by the care you offer your body between sessions. Lasting change is built not only through treatment, but also through everyday habits. Prioritising at least eight hours of quality sleep, daily movement, and regular, nourishing meals will help create the conditions for your body to heal and integrate the work we do together.

For your safety, I am unable to offer treatment if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have an intrauterine device (IUD) in place, have cancer, or have recently undergone abdominal surgery.

I offer gentle womb massage 2-4 weeks after vaginal birth and 6+ weeks after C-section.

To truly benefit from this work, I recommend completing a cycle of at least five sessions, with intervals of 1-2 weeks between them. Sometimes, achieving results may require ten or more sessions.

Bodywork is a powerful support for lasting healing. Some women attend sessions regularly for six months or even a year—both to achieve genuine transformation and because of the ongoing support bodywork provides. When we have lived with a particular situation or issue for years or even decades, it is unrealistic to expect it to vanish after just one or two sessions.

You are always welcome to simply come for an initial session to see how your body responds and whether it feels right for you.

Bodywork that I practice is a specialised form of hands-on therapy. Some discomfort is completely normal as areas of tension, restriction, and long-held holding patterns begin to release. Many people describe the sensation as a “good/sweet pain”—intense, yet relieving.

Strong emotions or sensations may also arise during a session, but we will always move at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you. If at any point something feels too intense, we can simply slow down or shift our focus elsewhere.

Every body responds differently. Some of the more common experiences after a session include:

  • changes in your menstrual cycle or period (including cycle length, duration, flow, colour, consistency, or scent)
  • a temporary increase in symptoms or the intensity of existing patterns
  • short-term aches, tension, or physical discomfort
  • a non-linear healing process, with its natural ups and downs
